Pull-ups: Using the rungs on the top of the ladder, you can perform pull-ups to strengthen your upper body and improve grip strength.
Leg raises: You can perform leg raises by hanging from the rungs and raising your legs up towards your chest. This exercise targets your abs and hip flexors.
Wall handstands: The ladder can also be used to practice handstands against the wall. This exercise strengthens your arms, shoulders, and core.
Stretching: The rungs can be used to support different stretches, such as forward folds, side bends, and lunges.
Knee tucks: By hanging from the rungs, you can bring your knees up to your chest to work your abs.
L-sit: You can sit on the rungs with your legs extended in front of you to work your core and hip flexors.
Squats: The ladder can be used to assist with squats by holding onto the rungs for support and balance.
